HOLIDAY GREETINGS!  I hope that yours have gotten off to a good start and that in the time remaining to 2008 you create a season that celebrates you and your successes this year and allows for time to dream of what could be in the next. 
 
I was fortunate this past month to attend the International Coaching Conference in Montreal, Quebec!  What a fantastic experience of learning and connecting.  I especially love the logo for the conference (see below).  It captured the power and intensity of coaching's reach, as 1500 coaches gathered together from 51 countries.  We are truly a global family committed to all of the Earth's children fulfilling their dreams!  I am grateful to call myself a member of this unique and international community.
 
While there were many remarkable speakers to hear and workshops to attend, I was particularly jazzed by the presentation of two wonderful coaches from Brisbane, Australia:  Peter Barr-Thomson and Josie Thomson of Ingenius People Ltd.  I'd like to share with you their transformational model for creating your dreams.
 
This model starts right off with a bang - declaring that anyone can be a Genius!
