Working with Victoria my overall sense is that we are working together towards uncovering the “real” me. Not that we’re changing who I am but that I am learning to “own” who I already am and who I want to be.

With Victoria’s guidance I gained clarity about who I want to be – a self reliant, strong, positive woman living in alignment with my values and seeing life through perspectives that are life-enhancing and generate success (spiritual, physical, financial, emotional) for myself and whomever I come into contact with. Oops one more thing: My other thought is that one of the things about coaching that is most effective is the accountability. What I appreciate about how you ask for accountability is that it’s never heavy-handed, never scolding or punishing or guilt inducing but somehow you hold me accountable in a positive way. I always felt you accepted me 100% even if I failed to come through. I was never made to feel I had failed. Your gentle patience and pushing just hard enough is a gift. You’ve helped me trust myself so much more and I love you for that!

Every day fond memories stay with me of our time on the Quest Retreat in New Mexico.  It really was transformative for me.
