This custom retreat with me happens in your own home, where you get a co-created  experience, designed to deepen your relationship with yourself. After a brief phone meeting with me at the beginning of each hour, you are sent off with instructions to explore on your own. When we reconvene again you share learnings, messages, A-HAs, and receive coaching to take the experience well beyond the surface and to the heart of what matters. At the end of our retreat you will create a plan to implement your new wisdom and carry it with you throughout the upcoming year.
