Working on a website, as some of you entrepreneurs know, is an ongoing challenge in managing Change!  It's another example of the complexity of the world and how we're being asked to deal with it each day.

HOW ARE YOU DOING WITH THAT? 

I know some of you feel, like Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz (my favorite Heroine), that you really didn't ask for this Big Change.  But here it is.  We all will have to take the Journey in order to find our True Home, the Home where we're connected to what really matters - the Home Within.

And that's what the Heroine's Journey is all about - giving you a way to view your Journey and the best Tools to live it well.  I hope you'll take advantage of what's here and at the new site! Featured Article: On the Ocean of Possibility 

I'm staying this week at a beautiful home on Orcas Island, off the coast of Seattle, with my mom. We're exploring and enjoying being together (since we live 2000 miles apart)here in this wonderful green and watery world. 

Staying here and slowing down gives me an opportunity to think and feel into my own journey right now. As I share more about the Stages of the Heroine's Journey, I am living it more intentionally myself.  I've done it many times but as I say, the wheel continues to turn and I go around at a deeper level once more.

Right now I've left the familiar (literally) and it has meant bypassing the Threshold Guardians that would keep me in the safe and secure world with their despairing  'What if's'.  It's been necessary because I've recognized that there are parts of my world no longer feel true to me at a deep level.  And yes, it's absolutely disconcerting to be riding the waves of a vast ocean without the usual things that bring comfort and security.

RIVER RETREAT WAS AMAZING!! 

After 6 months of anticipation, the Being in the Flow with your Wild Soul River Retreat in June was amazing!  We journeyed down the Colorado River in style - with the best women guides, taking on the high water without a hitch!  Here are a few shots of our southwestern adventure...
